OUR STORY-

Hi There! I'm Nikki, in February of 2019 I started playing around with balloons, and by February of 2020 I quit my corporate job to run the biz full time!  Since then,  we have expanded to include party rentals, full event design/planning, bounce house rentals, floral design, and more!

We pride ourselves on creating one of a kind installations that stray from the norm and make your event unique, trendy, and unforgettable.

  • DO YOU DELIVER?
    Yes! We deliver to all of North Texas. We are willing to travel outside of that area as well!
  • Can I pickup balloons?
    Yes! Any garlands 10ft and under, and most Mosaics can be pickup up to avoid a delivery/installation fee. Garlands can be hung with command hooks, and string on most surfaces. Pickup is in Aubrey, TX off 380 just northwest of Frisco, TX.
  • What is your pricing?
    Each event is custom, but below are basic minimum price guidelines before delivery/installation fees. Please fill out a quote form to start your free design consultation! -Garlands $15/foot+ -Balloon Mosaics start at $100 -Bounce House $300/6hrs plus delivery fee -Delivery/Installation $75 within 35 miles of Frisco, TX. $3 each additonal mile. -Event Design starting at $200 -On-Site Install minumum $200 -Pickup is no additional charge
  • Can I customize my balloons, event, bounce house, etc?"
    Of course! Everything we do is customizable.
  • What type of balloons do you use?
    100% Biodegradable latex balloons as well as mylar foil balloons if requested. Balloons are filled with air unless helium is requested. (exception: Jumbos with tassels are always helium-filled) Balloon Installations last anywhere from 1 day to 3 months depending on the conditions. Balloons are very sensitive to extreme heat and temperature changes, meaning the lifespan of your creation could be affected by the temperature of your house, garage, or the weather outside.
  • Can I leave my balloons outside and expect them to last forever?
    In short, NO. Balloons do not perform well in the Texas Heat and do not respond well to direct sunlight. I suggest to keep your balloons out of the direct sunlight if possible. If necessary, lighter colors do best in direct sun. DISCLAIMER: I cannot guarantee your balloons will last after install, pickup, or delivery. Toddlers, rocks, nails, tree branches, and jewlery are just a few examples of things that risk popping your balloons. Once delivered, Modern Pop Co. is not responsible for any balloons that are popped, lost, stolen, poked, or let go of. If WE pop your balloons, or make any mistake, it will replaced at no cost, or a refund will be issued if we're unable to replace it in time.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable. In the event that your event is cancelled, a credit will be held on your account indefinitely and can be used in the future for any services. If we have to cancel the bounce house rental due to weather the same policy applies. See Bounce House Weather Policy for details.
  • Bounce House Weather Cancellation Policy
    Due to high winds, rain, or other weather events, we may have to cancel the Boucne House reservations for the safety of our clients, their guests, and our staff. The weather is monitored each week up until event times to determine the severity. The client will be communicated with during the week leading up to the event. Generally 50% chance of rain or above, or 15mph winds+ are conditions in which require cancellation. If your rental is cancelled due to weather, your deposit will be held as a credit indefinetely to use for any future event on any services of your choosing.
  • Do you come back and take down the installation?
    For balloon installations, it is the clients responsibility to take down the arrangement. Many clients leave theirs up long after the event! If you are interested in us coming to remove the balloons and command hooks, this can be provided at an additional cost. Please mention Tear-Down when you inquire if interested. For Full Events, this will be decided during the planning process.
  • What do you use to hang your garlands?
    In most cases we use wall friendly 3M command hooks. We will explain to the client how to safely remove them at install. For Brick or other exterior surfaces, we use a stronger adhesive hook made for professional installations.
